The Career Wallet is a UK registered company but our sites and services are focused on a number of countries across the globe. We have offices in both the UK, and our technology office is based in India.

The Career Wallet offers a number of services to both Job-Seekers and Recruiters. Our main function is to provide a job search facility to registered job-seekers and for recruiters we offer a number of targeted solutions to help them both identify new relevant Job-Seekers and also help them communicated with their own registered users by offering a number of white label services such as our ESP (Email Sending Platform)

Both Job-Seekers and Recruiters can register an account free of charge by simply selecting the Sign In button and then selecting New User > Register Here.

You can contact us from our contact us form or at contact-us@thecareerwallet.com You can also unsubscribe and delete all information from any of our job alert emails, at the bottom of the email select the link that says "Manage Alert" Once selected this takes you to a web page where you have the option to edit the alert of delete the account including any data we may hoold or process.

When registering an account you might have selected to receive our job alert notifications, you can always turn this option off in your account under communication preferences and we are acting as The Data Controller this basis. If you have not registered an accout but have started to receive job alert emails (both branded as The Career Wallet, Or Another Company) we are processing your details as part of a data processing agreement we have with a recruiter, when this happens we will always provide full unsubscribe options with the ability to see who we are processing your details for along with a way to contact the organisation. When we are processing data for third parties we are not acting as a data controller but the data processor on a commercial basis.
