Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Offer expert legal guidance to the team on insurance-related issues.
- Play a key role in contract negotiations and dispute resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations within the insurance industry.
- Draft and review relevant legal documentation and contracts.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
- Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting the insurance industry.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should have:
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales OR Ireland
- Able to commute into the office in Dublin or Uxbridge 3 days per week
- Experience as a broad Commercial / Corporate lawyer in the Insurance space
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- The desire to work closely within an international team

- Base salary between £72,000 - £105,000 depending on experience
