In this role, the successful 3rd line IT Support Engineer will be providing support to an exciting range of projects in a engineering team . You'll be providing 3nd line to customers on our desk daily including automated faults, customer reported faults, daily housekeeping duties along with larger Tier 3 run projects. With ad hoc training you'll be constantly growing your skills and adding new tools to your arsenal.
This role would suit a 3rd line IT Support Engineer who is driven and passionate about IT Support and excited to provide the best service possible. Experience within 2nd line and 3rd line IT Support is necessary for this position.
