Description
We are looking for a Finance and Resources Director to join our leadership team and maintain an overview of our financial affairs, ensure our financial viability and actively contribute to overall strategic planning and governance so we can continue to deliver for children and young people in London.

A New Direction is an award-winning non-profit organisation working to enhance the capacity and agency of children and young people in London to own their creativity, shape culture, and achieve their creative potential.
About the Role:
The key focus of this role is to contribute to A New Direction’s strategic planning and maintain an overview of the organisation’s financial affairs, ensuring its financial viability including investments and audit activities. You should have in-depth knowledge of risk management methods and the ability to create forecasting models.
The Finance and Resources Director is a key part of our leadership team, working closely with our CEO, Director of Employment and Skills and Director of Programmes, to ensure A New Direction is effective and able to have the greatest impact in working towards our mission, lives our values through all areas of our work and offers an inclusive and supportive working culture for our team.
