The Role of Account Executive: Tasked with acquiring new business partnerships within the estate agency sector, our client is seeking a proactive salesperson who is capable of multitasking across multiple client accounts and providing exceptional service to customers.

The Account Executive will be responsible for proactively scouting for new clients and managing the sales process from inception to through to post-sale including account management.

This is a highly consultative sales position, the Account Executive will be expected to adopt a solution-led sales approach to establish relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders. This is predominantly a home-based role, with travel to meet clients face-to-face as and when required. The role will suit a sales professional with experience completing the sales cycle within a few weeks to several months.


Requirements: To be considered for the Account Executive position

  • You will have a demonstratable track record of exceeding new business targets in a B2B environment, selling tech solutions or services
  • Passion for B2B sales and the challenges it presents
  • Ability to proactively build constructive and influential relationships with key decision-makers


The Package for the Account Executive:

  • £35K basic salary + Quarterly bonus (£45.5 OTE uncapped)
  • £4080 car allowance annually
  • Additional annual bonus for exceeding the annual target
  • 25-days annual leave + your birthday off
