The Role:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting and auditing services for a portfolio of clients
- Conduct audits in accordance with established standards and regulations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Provide strategic financial advice and support to clients, assisting them in achieving their business objectives
- Review financial statements, reports, and documentation to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for financial matters
- Mentor and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize service delivery
The Person:
- ACCA or ACA qualified with strong external audit experience
- Proven experience in managing staff preferably with an practice environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills
