What will you be doing?

  • Build and execute commerce partnership strategy to deliver Affiliate campaigns against business goals
  • Local market management of Affiliate relationships across multiple verticals and affiliate network, optimising commission rates and key metrics aimed at delivering revenue growth
  • Maintain a strong profile with key affiliate networks to boost existing partnerships and identify new optimisation opportunities
  • Work alongside Commerce leads and Market lead to deliver revenue through preferential CPA rates and tenancy deals
  • Collaborate with local Commerce leads/writers to identify revenue growth opportunities with key merchants across different categories
  • Identify revenue diversification opportunities within the tenancy space
  • Monitor execution and performance of all sold campaigns. Build wrap reports and discuss performance with clients to drive repeated business
  • Ensure important themes and messages are distributed from external partners to internal stakeholders appropriately.
  • Ensure Commerce leads and writers have access to the latest updates from merchants, including sales, offers and exclusive CPA rates
  • Support with planning and execution of campaigns throughout key ‘shopping tentpoles’ e.g. Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday
  • Contribute to weekly/monthly reports and team meetings
  • Manage ad-hoc data analysis and requests
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are?

  • Experience in growing affiliate revenue within the publishing industry
  • Strong numeracy skills, commercial acumen and strong negotiating capabilities
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or affiliate marketing required
  • Comfortable with editorial workflows, content planning, audience development, e-commerce tracking and data analysis on common digital publishing KPIs.

Where will you be?

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our beautiful Adelphi office, with breathtaking views over the Thames, and next to the hustle and bustle of The Strand.
