Job Description
We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our maintenance team supporting a retail contract in the Tonbridge area on a mobile basis
The Air Conditioning Engineer would be responsible for undertaking a variety of maintenance PPM and reactive maintenance work including:
- HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing
- Fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems
- Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
- Mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc.
- Minor installation work
Ideal Candidate:
- Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
- Proven building maintenance experience
- F-GAS 2079 CAT1
- Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs
- Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
- Full driving licence
