Application Engineer (Microsoft Office SQL Linux OS) - Global Supply Chain Software
North Wales (Hybrid working) - Salary £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits
Applause IT are working closely with a leading edge, global supply chain software solutions company to recruit an Application Engineer. They have been working globally with some of the biggest names in the industry for over 25 years deploying innovative, enterprise solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Application Engineer to develop an in depth understanding of the bespoke software which will deliver solutions for the customers business requirements. You will be configuring the application for new customers, analysing data, and assisting the integration and testing of the application.
Key skills or experience we are looking for:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, EDI Integration, SQL queries (Oracle/MSSQL)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Linux OS and basic commands
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Bash, Velocity
