Application Support Analyst - Edinburgh, London or Newcastle locations considered - Hybrid working environment - – MS Dynamics 365 - SharePoint - Gain Azure experience - No experience required - full training will be provided. Highly successful Wealth Manager with over £60 billion under management seeking to hire an experienced Application Support Analyst for their expanding team in London. The client is one of the most reputable Wealth Managers in the market and is renowned for their technology investment, career development and giving technologist’s exposure to the markets working closely with front-office users. The client is investing significantly in Cloud technology, as mentioned above the successful Application Support Analyst will gain experience of Cloud Azure technology.
The Application Support Analyst will:
- Monitor and check applications are running and processing.
- Investigate and resolve application issues.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to resolve high priority issues.
- Develop and write support reports using SQL and SSRS.
- Provide guidance and training to 1st line support teams.
- Project work - Application deployments - Software integrations.
- Additional project work will include working on new development of live production systems.
- Work closely with users to application usage and reliability.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers and testing teams.
The Application Support Analyst will need to have:
- 2 + years commercial IT experience
- Ms Dynamics 365 experience.
- Experience supporting software applications in a commercial environment.
- Experience of financial services a bonus but not essential.
- Windows Server experience - Desirable
- SQL server experience - Desirable.
