The role:
Maintain and support software applications
Troubleshoot issues, identify the root cause of problems, and provide solutions to end-users
Monitor application performance, ensure uptime, and maintain system stability
Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software applications meet organizational needs
Perform software testing, documentation, and training for end-users on proper use of the application
