Application Support Engineer
£40,000 DOE
Liverpool (fully remote)
Hyperloop Recruitment are working with an industry-leading client based in Liverpool, who are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their growing team on a fully remote working basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance and support of our clients' Linux estate, monitoring and investigating incidents in test, development and production environments.
Key requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Application Support or a similar role
Strong background in Linux / Unix (Debain, Ubuntu)
Apache, Nginx, HAProxy
Monitoring tools such as Grafana or Nagios
ElasticSearch and/or Graylog
A bonus if you have any of the following:
Experience with Windows
Nomad / Kubernetes
MS Azure
VMware, HyperV, Citrix
Experience in Networking
The role is paying up to £40,000 DOE + benefits and will be a remote-based role, with only very occasional trips to the office required.
