Enterprise Technical Account Manager-Community Brands Overview:
We are seeking a Enterprise Technical Account Manager to join our growing team! Position Overview An Enterprise Technical Account Manager (ETAM) will be responsible for developing the relationship with our Enterprise Customers who use our Xporter Identity and xVault products. Setting up and facilitating regular review meetings, the ETAM will support our clients on how to get the best use out of our products and provide a third-line level of analysis to troubleshoot any technical issues arising. With a working knowledge of school MIS databases and educational data, the ETAM will have a clear understanding of our clients needs and how our products need to function in order to meet those needs. The ETAM will work closely with Product Management to report back on customer trends and high-level technical problems that are not normally resolvable within the Support Team.
