Processing Covering Op-Clarivate Main Purpose of Role:
You will be responsible for processing requests on order fulfilment activities to meet/exceed productivity and quality targets to provide good customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: Processes books to customer requirements following instructions provided, including inserting barcodes, date labels, security tags etc. Covers books to customer requirements Maintains agreed standards of quality in processing and covering Ensures processing material stock levels are checked regularly and highlight to Coordinator if low Works towards departments standards for processing books within 3 days Demonstrates customer focus by reporting any out of standard books and highlighting any problems in a timely fashion.
