Role Overview:
• Collaborate with and support fellow members of the technical team.
• Produce planning and construction drawings.
• Produce supporting documentation for planning applications.
• Prepare Building Regulation compliance drawings and supporting information.
• Communicate, liaise, and organise clients and contractors.
• Foster collaborative work environment.
Desired Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Full, clean drivers’ licence.
• Must be located in the UK with the right to work.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Experience with JCT contracts is beneficial but not required.
• Preferable experience with 3D software/modelling/Rendering packages such as Revit, SketchUp, and Twin Motion.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of Building Regulations & NHBC or equivalent Standards.
• Team player with a proactive attitude, while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and engage in various tasks.
• Ideally qualified to degree level or above, though not essential.
Details:
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Architect Salary: £20,000.00 - £50,000.00 per year.
• Technologist Salary: £20,000.00 - £50,000.00 per year.
• Technician Salary: £20,000.00 - £36,000.00 per year.
• Salaries and benefits are negotiable depending on experience.
