Job Title: Architect or Technician
Location : Tewkesbury
Job Summary: As an Architect or Technician, you will be an integral part of the design and project teams, focusing on hotel and residential projects. Utilizing Vectorworks, you will contribute to the creation of innovative and functional designs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the design team to develop and refine hotel design concepts.
- Utilize Vectorworks to produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and project documentation.
- Assist in project coordination, ensuring designs align with client requirements and industry standards.
- Contribute to site visits and inspections as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- ARB Registered Architect or relevant qualification for Technicians.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential.
- Experience in hotel design or related projects is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:
- £40,000 per annum depending on experience
