The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience within the lighting sector and have a good level of understanding of the wholesale market, lighting design, project, and specification work.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for growing the business by developing new and existing relationships with both customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Electrical Wholesalers, Contractors, Designers & Consultants
- Maintain and build relationships with our Electrical Wholesale Partners
- Manage lighting projects from enquiry through to completion, utilising the full capacity of Lumineux’s Design, Technical, Production and Support Divisions
- Maintain and develop product knowledge to enable clear and effective communication to our customers
- Working closely with support staff to ensure any customer issues and resolved in a timely manner
- Meet revenue targets and attend regular sales meetings
- Attend company events and functions, such as trade days and breakfast mornings
Area: South East
Salary & Package: Negotiable based on experience and uncapped commission, company vehicle, laptop, phone.
Requirements
- A positive individual that is passionate about lighting
- Proven track record in lighting sales
- Ability to manage your own diary and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop long standing business relationships
- An understanding of the market
- Strong IT skills
- Full clean driving license
