Midweight Art Director – up to £45K – London / Hybrid
An award-winning creative agency that specialise in shopper marketing are seeking a talented and passionate Midweight Art Director to join their growing team.
· Hybrid working – 3 days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities –
- Work closely with other senior stakeholders, Designers and Copywriters, on a variety of creative briefs.
- Analyse briefs, plan responses and produce initial concepts for consideration - develop chosen concepts to required completed standard and within deadline.
- Produce relevant concept options while taking into consideration market requirements.
- Liaise with account handlers on development of concepts, attend and support senior team members on photoshoots where appropriate, sharing your wisdom to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Stay up to date with current trends and campaigns in the world of marketing and advertising (campaign, design and digital).
- Understand the market requirements & produce relevant concept options for clients, such as corporate image and market position.
Key Requirements –
- Strong experience as an Art Director with excellent conceptual skills, design and leadership skills.
- Evident integrated and shopper marketing experience with a strong portfolio of brands.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
