Art Director Automotive Job In London

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Art Director - Automotive, you will lead the social-first creative team in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning campaigns, content, and experiences for automotive clients. Leveraging your expertise in design, photography, and storytelling, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring clients' visions to life and elevate their brands to new heights. THE JOB

• Lead the creative vision for automotive campaigns, content, and experiences, from concept development to execution
• Working within the Social team.
• Collaborate with clients, account teams, and creative colleagues to understand project objectives, target audience preferences, and brand guidelines.
• Oversee the creation of visually compelling assets predominantly for all mainstream social channels, including print ads, digital ads, content, and experiential activations.
• Direct and oversee automotive photo shoots, collaborating with photographers, stylists, and production teams to capture stunning imagery that showcases the beauty and performance of vehicles.
• Develop visual narratives and storytelling concepts that resonate with automotive enthusiasts and evoke emotion and excitement
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, photographers, and other creative professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an art director or creative director in an automotive marketing agency or related industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including print ads, digital ads, social media content, website designs, and experiential activations.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in photography and videography.
• Passion for automotive design, technology, and culture, with a deep understanding of automotive trends, brands, and enthusiasts.
