Children's Home Ferryside are recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day to day operation of the home.

Our home is a three bed home which offers an intensive level of support and care for young people including those with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The ages of the children can range from 8 to 18 years old.
Our home is a detached bungalow on the outskirts of a small town, with excellent transport links with all major Welsh cities. We are a residential environment for up to three young people who have historically not responded well to conventional educational provisi
