Our client, a leading construction and property consultancy, is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team in Sheffield. As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a range of projects across the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Building Surveying team with a variety of project work, including condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and project management.
- Undertaking site inspections and preparing reports for clients.
- Contributing to the development of design solutions and specifications.
- Supporting the delivery of projects within the agreed timescales and budgets.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Relevant work experience in a building surveying or construction consultancy role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Full UK driving license.
