Assistant IT Manager - Hospitality - West London - £ 45K Package
A Great client of mine in the hospitality sector are currently looing for a well experienced IT Professional to be the 2nd in charge to the IT Manager supporting and assisting with information technology related issues and developing a great understating of the infrastructure
What you'll be doing:
Proactively support guests with any IT Related issues
Be involved with in house projects such as migrations.
Assist more junior IT staff in related issues.
Working alongside their outsourced IT provider escalating issues
Provide expert support on the network infrastructure.
What we're looking for in you:
Knowledge of Troubleshooting and Installing Hardware
Knowledge of Networking preferably Cisco or Cisco Network Infrastructure
Experience using POS System such as Micros and Simphony
Experience with Windows servers and PC Builds
Experience working in Hospitality sector
Professional, friendly telephone manner
Experience liaising with 3rd party vendors
A great attitude to learn new skills and improve your knowledge
