Are you a Solicitor with experience in litigation and public law? This company is currently seeking a Child Abuse Inquiry Solicitor to provide advice and assistance to the Scottish Government's Response Unit.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to manage and analyse large volumes of information, and the ability to manage their own workload effectively. ⚖
As a Child Abuse Inquiry Solicitor, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing evidence, providing briefing to officials and ministers, instructing counsel, and attending hearings. While hearing attendance is predominantly online, some in-person attendance is required. ????
