Description:Part-time or Full-time Associate Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (FELXIBLE WITH DAYS) in an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE in Crystal Palace, South London.
• £13.50 PER UDA
• 50% split on PVT Income
• 50/50 labs
• Established patient list to take over
• Principal has owned for 30 years
• Practicing principal, 3 Associates & Hygienist on-site
• All associates have 10+ years experience - excellent support network
• Fully computerised, 5 surgery practice
• SOE
• X-rays
• Rotary Endodontics
• Experienced nursing team
• Loyal and experienced support team
• Free on-street parking
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
