???? Associate Director - Tech into FS - £85k + 100% bonus + LTIP ????
My client, a rapidly scaling, 60+ head recruitment enterprise, are on the lookout for a billing leader to head up their Tech division – with a key focus across Capital Markets, Fintech & Commodities.
In this role you will inherit an existing team of 3 (2x perm, 1x contract), focusing on the below ⬇️
???? Revenue generating – this is a hands on role, winning business, servicing your clients and leading from the front are all essential.
⚪️ Team growth – In this role, you will be given budget to hire from day one, the growth ambitions from the board are HUGE, so building your team won’t be an issue (unless you’re shit…)
???? Driving performance – HC growth is obviously important, but that comes second to getting the most out of your team. Increasing PPH, NFI etc is priority #1
