This opportunity for an experienced Construction lawyer is broad, with a focus on providing practical and pragmatic advice throughout the process to assist clients in resolving disputes on a contentious and non-contentious basis. You will have high levels of autonomy and are expected to work with minimal supervision.
You must be familiar with standard form contracts including JCT, NEC, PP and must have a sound understanding of matters involving stakeholders in construction and engineering projects. It is also vital to have extensive experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, expert determination, and mediation. Applicants with a strong insurance background preferred.
