Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration & Expertise: Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage and deliver key audit methodology projects.
- Leadership & Development: Guide and nurture talent, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to foster team growth and success.
- Quality Champion: Ensure adherence to professional standards (ISAs and firm protocols) by providing counsel and reviewing critical areas.
- Technical Proficiency: Maintain deep knowledge of auditing principles and practices, contributing to updates and refinements in technical guidance and policies.
- Communication & Training: Develop and deliver engaging training content that empowers auditors across all levels.
- Sector Specialisation: Act as a resource for industry-specific queries, supporting training and content development tailored to diverse client needs.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify challenges within the audit process and creatively utilise best practices to develop effective solutions.
- Coaching & Development: Equip individuals and teams with the skills and expertise to excel in their roles.

- Proven experience in developing and refining audit methodology and guidance.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

- Experience in training design, development, and delivery.

- Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
