  • Leadership & Development: Guide and nurture talent, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to foster team growth and success.
  • Quality Champion: Ensure adherence to professional standards (ISAs and firm protocols) by providing counsel and reviewing critical areas.
  • Technical Proficiency: Maintain deep knowledge of auditing principles and practices, contributing to updates and refinements in technical guidance and policies.
  • Communication & Training: Develop and deliver engaging training content that empowers auditors across all levels.
  • Sector Specialisation: Act as a resource for industry-specific queries, supporting training and content development tailored to diverse client needs.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify challenges within the audit process and creatively utilise best practices to develop effective solutions.
  • Coaching & Development: Equip individuals and teams with the skills and expertise to excel in their roles.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated commitment to audit quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in developing and refining audit methodology and guidance.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Innovative thinker with a strong grasp of existing best practices and methodologies.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present technical information clearly and confidently.
  • Experience in training design, development, and delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach individuals and teams.
  • Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
