Our client, a leading oil and gas operator in Aberdeen is recruiting an Aviation Logistics Coordinator to join their team based at at the Heliport in Aberdeen.
This is a full time, ongoing contract role which includes weekends on call.
Aviation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Management and communication of Covid Testing Schedule

• Assisting with the passing of check in and Covid test details
• Screening of Pre-mobilisation Covid Forms and clearing of passengers in Vantage
• Liaise with vendors to ensure all passengers are aware of and abide by company and flight Operator's procedures
• Tracking and management of no-shows
• Management and updating of Vantage
• Ensure workers via vendors/third party companies are aware of and adhering to company policies including offshore baggage
• Order offshore equipment for platforms including survival equipment, baggage labels, water test capsules
• Request medicals for personnel from HR
• Booking and management of hotels for company crew change
• Book hotels accordingly for any offshore delays outbound/inbound
• Any other duties as required by company
Essential
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Work and Outlook
Desirable
• HNC, HND, Diploma or Degree in a Business Studies, Law, QS or similar subject
• Substantial experience working within the Oil and Gas industry
