The firm are well known in a range of sectors such as the healthcare sector, covering pharmacies, dental practices, and care homes. They also are well known in the retail and commercial property space.
The Banking & Finance team advises on a range of transactions; real estate finance, acquisition finance, debt restructuring, refinancing receivables financing plant machinery, inventory loan, and cashflow facilities.
As a Banking & Finance Solicitor, you will have access to these clients from day one – they are not ringfenced by other senior members of the team, and you will be actively encouraged to get more junior members of the team involved in these clients. With several leading individuals ranked in the Legal 500, you will have a number of colleagues that have strengths in different areas, meaning you can give your clients support across the board.
You will have the opportunity to manage a small team if you want to, all training will be given to ensure the best for you and your team, and you will be given ongoing support.
You will have a clear progression to Partner and your training will be ongoing as you grow in your career, management ensures you have every resource you need to be the best.
You will also have autonomy over how you develop and grow your contacts and networks, not everyone works in the same way and the firm understands this.
