Job DescriptionOur clients nationally recognised Dispute Resolution team been is growing and are again for looking for talented, commercial litigators to join our team.
They have earned their reputation for significant disputes practices in a range of industry sectors and legal specialisms including: Transport / Financial Services / Energy, Pensions / Fraud & White Collar Crime / Banking, IP / Heath & Safety / Food / Agriculture / Real Estate.
You will get to work across a range of different practice areas before specialising, ranging from market-leading, complex litigation to commercial cases for which they can assume prime responsibility.
The team carries out litigation in London, internationally and throughout the rest of the UK. They are regularly involved in arbitrations and in industry-specific dispute resolution procedures, as well as acting in major regulatory and criminal investigations.
You will need to be a registered Solicitor with the Solicitors Regulatory Authority by September 2020 (or prior).
