Banking/Finance Lawyers (multiple roles) – London
We are seeking lawyers at Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or other leading international practices to join an elite global law firm in the City.
Our client practice has a strategic need to grow its established banking/finance team with a number of additional lawyers. Qualification in England and Wales, or another Commonwealth country, is sought as is at least five years’ PQE.
These roles will involve a broad range of multi-jurisdictional, high-end work, covering but not limited to, general high-value corporate lending, structured finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, and project finance. Experience in all of these areas is not needed. There will be overlap with corporate and M&A matters, however, again, prior corporate experience is not needed.
The firm pays a very high City salary together with a full benefits package.
