We are currently recruiting for Building Control Surveyor(s) to join our busy team at East Lindsey District Council. The roles are career graded to suit someone starting out in their career or someone ready for a career change or career development. We have opportunities for various grades;
The Graduate Surveyor - £25,878 to £30,151 (ELDC Grade 5)
This role would suit a university leaver or degree educated person looking for a career development opportunity and to gain experience working with like minded individuals in building control. We would expect you to be educated to a degree level or equivalent qualification and be willing to embark on further learning, which the Council would fund and support, with incremental progression opportunities through the salary grades as you develop in your role and gain experience.
The Building Control Surveyor - £30,151 to £34,723 (ELDC Grade 6)
This role would suit somebody with experience in the field of building control, either in the private sector or public sector, and seeking to develop and diversify their career with incremental progression through the salary grade. We would expect you to be educated to a degree level and willing to develop your experience through further qualifications if appropriate, which the Council would fund and support.

The largest Council Partnership in the country. Since October 2021, the Partnership Councils have been working closely to deliver improved services to the communities in the sub-region and already there have been many positive outcomes.
