Job Description
A Building Consultancy in North London is looking for a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join the team. There is currently 1 Director, 4 billing surveyors, 1 junior surveyor and an office manager within the team. They are looking to add a senior surveyor to the team due to a period of sustained success. Previous recruitment earlier this year has gone well, the plan is to continue this growth now and late this year. The company's success over the last 3 years has seen them increase instructions both quantity and in value. Recently the company has moved to a new modern office, one you can be proud to work from. The role itself will give the successful candidate the chance to work on a variety of projects, primarily in Commercial and Resi doing CAT A fit out and maintenance. There will be a variety of jobs and tasks to undertake, these will include: Project Management, Dilaps, Party Wall, Specification writing and Acquisition Surveys. There will also be a strong element of client facing work, where you will be given full autonomy over the work and liaising with the client.
The successful candidate will come from a Building Surveying background and ideally will have a minimum of 3 years experience. They will have a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying and be looking to join a company with a long term view to helping the company grow and developing themselves into a key part of the company's continued success. Ideally you will have experience in any of Project Management, Party Wall, Dilaps, Acquisition Surveys and Specification writing. Strong client facing skills are also required as there will be a great deal of this in the role. You can be MRICS, MCIOB, AssocRics, the company are looking for the candidate to have the correct experience to be successful in this role.

Salary is very much negotiable DOE - up to £65k.
