A highly respected, multi-office firm, is looking for a Care Solicitor with 2-8 PQE to join their dynamic team in Rochdale. Thisspecialist family firm has grown to have a dominant presence in West Yorkshire and beyond.

In your capacity as a Care Solicitor, you will handle case management and advocacy, dealing predominantly with legal aid work. You will handle about 2-4 new files each month, controlling a balanced volume to ensure a manageable caseload without the risk of being swamped. You'll join a dedicated team structure with two other care solicitors (including a partner) and an additional solicitor who handles both care and private children’s work.

You'll possess strong advocacy skills - but don't worry if you're still honing these, as you'll have plenty of opportunities to shadow our more senior team members. Your personality should also fit well within their team spirit – they're a fun bunch who appreciate good banter and don’t take themselves too seriously.
