A Birmingham based Legal 500 defendant insurance firm are looking to add to their casualty fraud team based in Birmingham City Centre.

You will be handling a caseload of casualty fraud matters exaggerated claims, fabricated claims, fabricated accident circumstances, substituted Injury, staged accidents and organised fraud.
You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with and interest in casualty fraud with a strong personal injury background, fraud expertise is beneficial but not essential.
