Once For All is a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 60k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government.


Join our team as a Configuration Change Analyst in a dynamic, pan-European team. You will play a pivotal role in managing change requests for compliance solutions within our SaaS platform, contributing to our expansion across Europe and enhancing our offerings in existing markets. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver value to our customers and contribute to our growth.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Understand stakeholders' needs for SaaS platform configuration.
  • Engage with external clients to define & implement compliance solutions.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders & SMEs to facilitate the Configuration change management process.
  • Analyse feasibility and design technical configurations and offer alternatives when needed.
  • Estimate configuration efforts for prioritisation.
  • Analyse impacts of changes and roll-out strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Lead Data Analyst on scheduling work for functional and data migration delivery.
  • Maintain stakeholder communication and manage expectations.
  • Assist with data mapping for migration projects.
  • Guide Configuration Technicians in implementing designs and ensure quality assurance.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience engaging with external clients to provide solutions.
  • Experience in similar roles preferred but not mandatory.
