Synchro are proud to be partnering with a well known Property Consultancy who are actively seeking to hire a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Reading.

Responsibilities:
- Support Surveying team on residential and commercial building projects, including insurance work.
- Conduct inspections, advise on design and construction, prepare reports and specifications.
- Oversee works, ensure compliance with legislation, and promote company services.
Skills & Experience Required:
- MRICS accreditation required.
- Extensive experience in consulting engineering, surveying, architectural, and planning practices.
- Preferably experienced in defect diagnosis, report writing, contract administration, and insurance repair projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and budgets on large-scale projects.
- Proficient in relevant legislation (e.g., CDM Regs 2015, Party Wall, Building Regulation).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound mathematical, scientific, and IT skills.
Role Summary:
- Role: Chartered Building Surveyor
- Location: Reading
- Salary: £55,000-£60,000
