Job Description

At the NCSF children are at the centre of everything we do.

We currently have four Church of England primary schools with 310 pupils on five sites and an additional nursery and pre school setting. Each school has a Head of School in a structure that transferred directly from the federation. We have ambitions to grow our school family over the medium term at a rate that enhances our offer without destabilising existing member schools.

Our MAT Vision:

Rooted in our Christian understanding of life in its fullness, NCSF schools are safe, aspirational learning communities where all are nurtured and cherished to shine and flourish as lights in the world. John 10:10

We are committed to the Church of England’s Vision for Education, welcoming those with faith and no faith, recognising shared values and principles of human interdependence.
