Client Experience Manager / Client Success Manager - IT Solutions/MSP - Bristol - New Role


£40k - £55k + Bonus + Car/Car Allowance


A leading organisation iin the Britsol area requires an experienced Client Experience Manager/Account Manager. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be an ambitious, enthusiastic individual that strives to deliver exceptional client experiences while building meaningful relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.


Responsibilities:


  • You will be experience in developing strong relationships, connecting with key stakeholders and reporting on account performance as well as recommending IT solutions for businesses.
  • You will deliver client review meetings with stakeholders and produce and manage IT strategies
  • You will be vital in supporting clients with new projects and opportunities and understanding their business and how services can drive their business forward, enabling growth.


Skills and Experience:


  • Over 2 years experience in a similar client-facing role (MSP, Software/Technology slaes experience is essential).
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, approachable, and flexible with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple clients, excellent Time management skills.
  • Tenacity and a strong desire to make a difference, always with the customer/client in mind.
