Position: Clinical Negligence Solicitor.
Location: Leicester. Option to work from home 2 days per week.
Experience: NQ to 5 years PQE.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high quality legal services in clinical negligence matters. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, representing clients who have suffered harm as a result of medical negligence. The role offers a blend of autonomy and collaboration, allowing you to develop your skills while making an impact on the lives of others. You will be managing the case from inception (taking the enquiry, risk assessing, advising on funding options) through to resolution. As well as managing your own caseload, you will be required to assist colleagues in existing matters of varying complexity and value, both non-litigated and litigated.
ABOUT YOU:
* Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Clinical Negligence.
* Newly Qualified up to 5 years PQE.
* Be able to conduct thorough investigations.
* Be able to draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
* Excellent communicator and negotiation skills.
* A commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
