A highly regarded Legal500 law firm with a strong reputation for providing outstanding legal services to clients. Due to the growth of their clinical negligence team,this firm iscurrently seeking a talented and motivated Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) to jointheirteam in High Wycombe.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims from start to finish, including conducting investigations, drafting pleadings, attending court hearings, and negotiating settlements.
- Providing legal advice and support to clients, liaising with medical experts, and coordinating with other professionals involved in the case.
- Undertaking business development activities to build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the clinical negligence team.
- Maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ-5 years PQE in clinical negligence law.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in handling clinical negligence cases, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong advocacy skills and experience of representing clients in court.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Business development skills and a proven track record of contributing to the growth of a legal practice.
