Leaders in Care has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and collaborative Clinical Nurse Manager to join our client's inclusive and friendly team in a luxury service. This full-time nursing role is based in Chertsey and offers an excellent salary of up to £52,000 and a fantastic benefits package, including annual bonus.

As an attentive Clinical Nurse Manager, you will guide a team of qualified Nurses, empowering them to make decisions and being accountable for them while ensuring the clinical needs of all residents are met. You will also share your deep understanding of elderly care with the team to provide an unrivaled level of nursing care. Working hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 09:00-17:00.

If you were already in this role, here are some areas in which you would have been working this week:
Assessing new residents needs when they move in
Working with the Residential Care Manager to ensure residents' nursing needs are met in their care plan
Regularly evaluating residents' medication with their GP and ensuring safe medication management
Ensuring the rota always has the appropriate levels of staff
Providing ongoing guidance to your team, reviewing their progress, providing clear objectives to work towards and identifying training needs
To apply for this Clinical Nurse Manager role, you will need to be a supportive and caring manager with an active NMC PIN. You will also require previous experience in a similar position within elderly care.
