We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator on behalf of our client, a successful manufacturing company based in Stanton, Suffolk.

These are permanent, full-time positions working 39 hours per week Mon-Fri, and offer a competitive rate of pay.

The Role Within the 150-strong workforce, the team of Machinists are in need of additional CNC Machine Operator to join their Machine Shop.
Working primarily on Doosan CNC Lathes, Drills and Milling machines this role will include identifying and locating different steel products using measuring equipment.
Machining components to engineering drawings and inspecting your own work along the way.
Keeping machines and work areas clean and tidy is of paramount importance as well as adhering to all current Health and Safety Legislation and Company Policy.
Communicating any machine faults or breakdowns to the Supervisor or Maintenance Engineer.
Hours 39 standard hours as follows: 08 30 Monday to Thursday, 08 30 each Friday.
There is usually regular overtime available paid at time and a third during the week, and time and a half or double time over the weekend) however, this is not contractually guaranteed.
Pay There is a competitive hourly rate on offer (info can be supplied on request).
The basic rate of pay offered is reviewed annually.
Overtime rates are time and third for overtime during the week, time and a half on a Saturday, and double time on Sundays.
Role Requirements Our client is seeking friendly, reliable team players with a good level of Machine experience either Manual or ideally previous CNC Machine experience.
It is important that candidates have a good understanding of the English language and can read and communicate easily for the purposes of following Engineering Drawings and written works instructions.
Please be aware that this company is not accessible via public transport, so you will need your own vehicle.
