An established and grwoing busines who are looking for an experienced CNC Miller
- Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their dedicated manufacturing team.
To be able to deliver ambitious projects that the company are currently woking on, being hands-on and working with a variety of individuals to produce the highest quality of products.
Be skilled with reading, interpreting engineering drawings, completing programming from scratch, selecting the appropriate tooling, setting and operating CNC machines.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: Ability to inspire and lead others Ability to work independently and with other teams to problem solve Demonstrate effective communication skills Growth mindset to work in an evolving organisation Understand how to take actions and seek solutions RESPONSIBILITIES: Be accountable for the quality of work produced Clean and maintain machines and all associated equipment including the working area Produce precise components from drawings using CNC machines Set-Up and operate CNC Milling machines Work to your own volition and understand all aspects of the manufacturing process SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to design models prior to matching Can complete small batch and one-off components Experience in using programming or setting systems such as CAD/CAM Familiar with SOLID works Has experience with HAAS machinery OFFERINGS: 39 Hours per week on a DAYS ROLE Monday to Thursdays 07:30am
- 16:00pm Friday 07:30am
- 15:00pm £16.00 to £18.00 per hour ( DOE ) 25 Days Holiday Ovetime paid at 1.33 / 1.5 / 2 times hourly rate If you have the skill set and are interested in being put forward for this new and exciting position, then please forward your CV immediately.
