Job Description
You'll be working for a client who is looking to grow their offline CNC programming team due to winning some exciting new projects. You will be expected to be familiar with the CAM software Hypermill, other CAM software will be considered but you can expect to be on site until you have been trained up on Hypermill.
Hybrid working could be an option for the right person, 2 days at home and 3 days in the office could be considered once settled into the role.
This is working for a fast moving and ever evolving company where no day is the same, one where you will be challenged on a daily basis. They are improving the machine shop with new machines coming into the business with a new 5 axis CNC machine and lathe having recently arrived..
You will be programming 5 axis CNC machinery which will be producing metallic components for the motorsport sector. You'll be working on a days shift pattern Monday to Friday working a 40 hour week, the hours of work can be flexible. Employees usually work 8am to 4.30pm but earlier/later starts can be considered.
You'll be working within a highly successful and growing Precision engineering company, one that has continually grown over the years and won numerous contracts with prestigious Motorsport and Automotive companies.
