IP / IP LITIGATION SOLICITOR (8/9PQE+)

Legal Works is seeking a senior Intellectual Property solicitor (8/9PQE) to join a developing and expanding team at an expanding Commercial Practice to be based at home, in office or working agilely linked with the London offices.
FIRM
The FIRM is a new modal practice that aspires to disrupt the model for which legal services are provided to businesses.
A relatively young practice the FIRM has grown exponentially over the last few years and is seeking to grow certain key departments.
Solicitors at the FIRM work on an employed and flexible basis, working remotely or in the office based in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Cambridge, and Oxford.
ROLE & YOU
To be successful you will need:-
, To be at least 8/9PQE+;
, Experience working in an international law firm UK or US or large regional practice or department with a reputation in commercial IP / Intellectual Property matters;
, Be comfortable dealing with a broad range of quality & cutting-edge intellectual property issues;
, Be able to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters for local, national and multi-national businesses;
, To be confident of bringing added value to the role that will compliment the existing clients and work in the Firm at present;
, To bring a wide range of potential to the team that you can develop and expand when in situ;
YOU will be able to work where and when you want.
No client following is required.
