Our client, a long established, highly regarded legal practice is recruiting for a solicitor to join it’s commercial litigation department.
Working closely with team, the role will involve all aspects of commercial litigation work including dealing with property and commercial disputes and representing clients in arbitration, mediation and litigation in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court.
Applicants must have a background in commercial litigation, will ideally be around 1-5 Yrs PQE and be comfortable dealing with clients.
Salary will be dependant on experience and there is home/office hybrid working.
