Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 firm seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Commercial and Contract Litigation, with experience of managing high-value disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of Commercial and Contract Litigation matters, from inception to conclusion
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements and instructions to counsel
- Providing legal advice to clients, including risk management and settlement negotiations
- Attending court hearings and managing communication with clients and other parties involved in the litigation process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contributing to business development initiatives
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4PQE in Commercial and Contract Litigation
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the relevant legal principles and procedures
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience of business development and a willingness to contribute to the growth of the team
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work to clients
