The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of companies legislation and insolvency legislation and ideally some experience of contentious insolvency/restructuring as well as general commercial litigation.
You will work closely with the firm's Head of Commercial on a wide range of matters. Ongoing training and support will be given to the successful candidate and there will also be the opportunity to become involved in non-contentious company and commercial instructions as a member of the commercial team. There will be the opportunity to specialise further if appropriate.
