Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Senior Hire
Newcastle
Think Legal are working with a great Legal 500 law firm in Newcastle who are looking to add a commercial litigation solicitor ideally with property litigation experience to their team.
The team is headed by an engaging Partner who has a fantastic reputation in the North East marketplace and this would be an excellent opportunity to work with closely with them.
The team currently consists of the lead Partner, 2 Solicitors, 2 Associate Solicitors and a trainee.
Day to day the role would be a broad mix of high value commercial litigation work ranging from contract breaches, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, contentious probate and property litigation work.
The ideal level will be around 8 years’ + PQE and perhaps less if the right candidate has good property litigation experience.
The firm is the ideal place to be if you are wanting that nice balance of quality work including advising large regional and national organisations, but want a friendly team with no egos, where there is a better balance between life in the office and life at home.
Salary is competitive dependent on experience + great benefits including hybrid working, 25 days holidays (+bank hols), Healthcare insurance plan, 3-4 x death in service cover, enhanced maternity pay, EAP and more.
